| Description: |
The Marketing Manager is responsible for managing and building the CSE corporate brand. This may include the production and execution of CSE direct marketing and branding campaigns and coordination of company sponsored events, supervising the Marketing Administration and Corporate Communication departments, and providing support to other marketing and sales functions. Plan, manage, execute, measure and improve results of direct marketing campaigns. Duties include purchasing media (TV, print, outdoor, radio, etc.), reviewing and contracting creative agencies, budgeting and production of marketing collateral. Identify, understand and execute cutting edge trends in marketing techniques and technology. Develop programs currently running including the company blog, Facebook, Twitter, and mobile platform technology. Staff, evaluate and train personnel. Coordinate meetings to enhance working relationships between marketing, underwriting and appointed agents. Coordinate and/or assist in various agency development seminars and functions.

| Requirements: |
3-5 years of related marketing, management or supervisory experience. Excellent computer skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially related to personnel development, project management, budgeting, planning, management reporting and group presentations. Able to effectively and diplomatically interface with all levels of management and staff. Must be able to travel during the course of duties. College degree required, MBA preferred.
